For retreat participants, Fabrications has reserved a block of rooms at a special rate. Most of the rooms are intended for double occupancy, though a limited number of private rooms are available. Up to 4 people can share a double occupancy room
(2 beds), or two people may share a single room
(1 bed). In addition to the room charge, Garland has instituted an amenities fee of $10 per person, per day.
You may book your room by calling Garland at: 1-877-4-GARLAND. When calling to reserve, please identify yourself as part of the Fabrications Retreat. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. Rooms must be reserved by September 8th, 2008.
The room rates below are European plan (no meals included) rates. Room rates quoted are non-commissionable, net rates, subject to state tax, which is currently 6% and convention and visitors beureau assessment, which is currently 2%. Group rates will apply two days prior and two days after the retreat's reserved dates based on availability.
Main Lodge Rooms:

Each room contains a king size or two queen beds, bathroom, and balcony or patio. This is the main complex of the Resort with easy access to restaurants, fitness center, pool, golf, and classrooms.
South Wing:

Larger, upgraded rooms with either two queen beds, two double beds, or one queen or king size bed, spacious bathroom with two person Jacuzzi tub or multi head shower, gas log fireplace, overlooking the front grounds or putting green. Connected to the Main Lodge with easy access to restaurants, fitness center, lap pool, golf, and class rooms.
Double Villa:
$160.00 per night Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday
$190.00 per night Friday
Separate from the Main Lodge, these log chalet feature a mutual sitting area with gas log fireplace, coffeemaker, and small regrigerator, two individual bedrooms with two double beds and separate bathrooms.
